CHUGWATER FFA
National FFA Organization is an American 501c youth organization, specifically a career and technical student organization, based on middle and high school classes that promote and support agricultural education. It was founded in 1925 at Virginia Polytechnic Institute, by agriculture teachers Henry C. Groseclose, Walter Newman, Edmund Magill, and Harry Sanders as Future Farmers of Virginia. In 1928, it became a nationwide organization known as Future Farmers of America. In 1988 the name was changed to the National FFA Organization, now commonly referred to as FFA, to recognize that the organization is for students with diverse interests in the food, fiber, and natural resource industries, encompassing science, business, and technology in addition to production agriculture. Today FFA is among the largest youth organizations in the United States, with 735,038 members in 8,817 chapters throughout all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. FFA is the largest of the career and technical student organizations in U.S. schools.

CHUGWATER FBLA
The Future Business Leaders of America, or FBLA, is an American career and technical student organization headquartered in Reston, Virginia. Established in 1940, FBLA is a non-profit organization of high school, Middle Level, and college students, as well as professional members, who primarily help students transition to the business world. FBLA is one of the largest student organizations in the United States, with 253,365 members, and the largest career student organization in the world. Local FBLA chapters are often connected to their school's business education department, and most advisers are business education teachers. It is one of the top 10 organizations listed by the U.S. Department of Education.

CHUGWATER NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY
The National Honor Society (NHS) is a nationwide organization for high school students in the United States and outlying territories, which consists of many chapters in high schools. Selection is based on four criteria: scholarship (academic achievement), leadership, service, and character. The National Honor Society requires some sort of service to the community, school, or other organizations. The time spent working on these projects contributes towards the monthly service hour requirement. The National Honor Society was founded in 1921 by the National Association of Secondary School Principals.
National Honor Society groups are commonly active in community service activities both in the community and at the school.

CHUGWATER STUDENT COUNCIL
Student Council helps share ideas, interests, and concerns with teachers and administration. It also helps raise funds for school-wide activities, including social events, community projects, helping people in need and school reform. Chugwater School participates in food drives, fundraisers and parties.
CHUGWATER BOOSTER CLUB
Chugwater Booster Club is an awesome organization. It is run and organized by the parents of the students in grades K-12. Its main function is to develop support for the student program and raise funds to supplement shrinking school district support as a result of budget cuts. Join today!
